Co-op Investing Roundtable

Our aim is simple: activate more money to grow more co-ops.  We'll start by building relationships, “finding the others”, and imagining what more “connective tissue” might look and feel like. The hope is to make equity-like investments in co-ops easier, more attractive, and a larger percentage of our total assets. Specifically, we hope to alleviate the “deal flow” problem with the long-term aim of establishing co-op ownership as a type of stable, dividend paying asset class (where our capital is in reciprocal relationship to workers, users, the environment) that’s highly regarded in “impact-first” investing circles.
